If you have items that weren't purchased from us, we kindly request that you bring them in person. For in-person shopping, we accept cash, cashier’s checks, and money orders. Please note: we don’t accept checks for online orders, and there’s a $25 fee for any returned checks. Please note: personalized, monogrammed, or special order items, as well as seasonal and sale items, are final sale. If your item arrives damaged, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll replace it right away. Your happiness is our top priority!
